The registrant requests the following amendment(s) to registration no. 2932593 "SKIN DEEP"(Standard Characters, see http://tess2.gov.uspto.report/ImageAgent/ImageAgentProxy?getImage=76581387) has been amended as follows:

EXPLANATION OF FILING
Owner and registrant requests a correction of date of first use in commerce.  The correct date of first use in commerce was omitted due to owner error.  Owner and registrant Dr. Jeannette Martello did not realize all factual bases for stating a date of first use in commerce when initially completing application Serial No. 76581387.  Owner and registrant Dr. Jeannette Martello first provided medical services, cosmetician services, and physician services by a radio talk show discussing, inter alia, plastic and cosmetic surgery.  The show was entitled "SKIN DEEP" and discussed and promoted her medical practice of the same name, "SKIN DEEP," medical procedures performed by the practice, the location of the practice, and plastic and cosmetic surgery generally.  These facts are evidenced by the attachments included with this Section 7 Request Form.

Section 1051(a), as amended. The mark was first used at least as early as 04/20/2002 and first used in commerce at least as early as 02/28/2004, and is now in use in such commerce.
