The assigned examining attorney has reviewed the referenced application and determined the following.
Applicant must submit the following standard character claim: “The mark is presented in standard characters without claim to any particular font style, size, or color.” 37 C.F.R. §2.52(a).
The identification of goods is unacceptable as indefinite. The type of travel accessories must be listed by common commercial name. The applicant may adopt the following identification, if accurate:
Handbags, travel bags, and travel accessories, namely, [list by common commercial name, e.g., luggage, duffel bags for travel, garment bags for travel, shoe bags for travel, hat bags for travel, cosmetic cases sold empty, shaving bags sold empty]; in International Class 18.

Please note that, while an application may be amended to clarify or limit the identification, additions to the identification are not permitted. 37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); TMEP §1402.06. Therefore, the applicant may not amend to include any goods or services that are not within the scope of the goods and services recited in the present identification.
