To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 76567584 has been amended as follows:
Classification and Listing of Goods/Services
Applicant hereby deletes the following class of goods/services from the application.
Class 042 for Management, holding and licensing of intellectual property related to-- Computer operating systems, data-processers, computer hardware, and electrical and electronic systems including nanotechnology components and devices, namely, nanotubes, naowires, nanoparticles, nanoconductors, nanoconnections, and physical neural networks; semiconductor processors, semiconductor chips incorporating nanotechnology components, namely, nanotubes, nanowires, nanoparticles, nanoconductors, nanococonnections, and physical nueral networks
