Dear Commissioner:

            The registrant, YUPOONG, INC., a corporation organized under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and located and doing business at 16-1 Guro-Dong, Guro-Gu, Seoul, REPUBLIC OF KOREA, which presently owns the referenced registration as shown by the records in the United States Patent and Trademark Office, respectfully requests through its undersigned attorney an amendment to the identification of goods in the subject registration, pursuant to Section 7(e) of the Trademark Act (15. U.S.C. § 1057(e)). Specifically, the applicant is respectfully requesting to amend the goods identified in the registration to more accurately reflect the current usage of this registered mark.  The requested amendment deletes certain goods from the registration, thereby narrowing the registration.  As such, the subject registration amendment is believed to be acceptable. Moreover, the applicant is expressly authorizing the undersigned attorney to prepare and file this registration amendment on its behalf.

            Registrant, through its undersigned attorney, submits that this amendment is made for good cause and that this amendment does not exceed the scope of the identification of goods in the originally registered registration. In view of the foregoing, registrant respectfully requests prompt amendment of the Certificate of Registration for Registration No. 3,259,030.  Favorable consideration is respectfully requested.
