AMENDMENT(S) AUTHORIZED:  As authorized by N/A the application is amended as noted below.  (Unilateral examiner’s amendment, without prior authorization from the applicant, is permitted to enter standard character claim for a mark previously considered to be a “typed” mark.  See TMEP Sections 807.03(g) and 707.02).  If applicant disagrees with or objects to any of the amendments below, please notify the undersigned trademark examining attorney immediately.  Otherwise, no response is necessary.  TMEP §707.

 

This change does not raise a new substantive issue, and is done only to meet technical requirements of the office.  The examining attorney apologizes for the  untimeliness of this correction.
