Dear Ms. Clarke,
We recently received a Final Office Action notice regarding serial no. 76556710. Unfortunately, the specimens we submitted for review were deemed unacceptable. However, I would like to thank you for taking the time to summarize in detail the reasons for which each of the specimens was not acceptable. This was very helpful to me and will be quite useful with future submissions. Due to the fact that we have no current specimens that would meet the requirements, I anticipate my application will go abandoned. My question to you is the following: Assuming we fail to respond to the final action notice (dated11/18/2005), due to the fact that we have no acceptable specimens to submit, what will be the official abandonment date of the application?
