The examining attorney has searched the Office records and has found no similar registered or pending mark which would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d), 15 U.S.C. Section 1052(d).  TMEP section 1105.01.

 

Claim of Ownership

The applicant claimed ownership of U.S. Registration Nos. 1206998 and 1588678, as well as two pending applications.  Claims of ownership of pending applications will not be printed.  However, the claimed applications have matured into U.S. Registration Nos. 2790577 and 2808249.  Only three claimed registrations may be printed on a certificate of registration.  The applicant may amend the ownership claim to the following, if accurate:
