The assigned trademark examining attorney has reviewed the response in the referenced application and has determined, for publication of the mark, the following:

 

In class 41, in line number 9, drop the term, “promotion of” and substitute the wording, “consultation about.”

 

In class 42, in line number 7, delete as superfluous, the wording, “;designing.” In class 42, line number 11, delete the phrase, “introduction and explanation,” and substitute therefor “consultation and engineering design.”

 

Please note that, while the identification of services may be amended to clarify or limit the services, adding to the services or broadening the scope of the services is not permitted.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a); TMEP §1402.06.  Therefore, applicant may not amend the identification to include services that are not within the scope of the services set forth in the present identification.
