Upon further review by the office, the following additional requirement is made with respect to the above-referenced application:

Information Required

In order to allow for proper examination of this application, the applicant must submit samples of advertisements or promotional materials for the goods or, if unavailable, for goods of the same type. If such materials are not available, the applicant must describe the nature, purpose and channels of trade of the goods identified in the application. In addition, the applicant must indicate whether MICRO-ENCASED has any significance in the relevant trade or any meaning in relation to applicant’s goods. 37 C.F.R. Section 2.61(b).

The identification of goods requirement is WITHDRAWN.

The first office action, mailed March 4, 2004, is repeated and incorporated herein by reference. The applicant has six months from the mailing date of this letter to respond to all of the issues in both office actions.
