The following is submitted for registration number. 2844624 MCCOY'S BUILDING SUPPLY CENTERS :

Registrant files the following Response to the Post Registration Office Action mailed September 11, 2013 in response to Registrant’s Section 7 Amendment submitted August 30, 2013.  Registrant requested that the mark be amended from MCCOY’S BUILDING SUPPLY CENTERS to MCCOY’S BUILDING SUPPLY.  The Trademark Specialist requested that a disclaimer be submitted before the request to amend the mark would be accepted.

In response, Registrant respectfully requests that the following statement be added to the Section 7 Amendment:

No claim is made to the exclusive right to use “BUILDING SUPPLY” apart from the mark as shown.
