This letter responds to the applicant's communication filed on July 22, 2004. The foreign registration certificate is acceptable. The following requirement is made FINAL.
The requirement for submission of an acceptable identification of goods is maintained and made FINAL. The identification as amended contains indefinite terms which could be classified in more than one class. The applicant must amend the identification to either delete the indefinite terms or identify them by common commercial names. The applicant may adopt the following identification, if accurate:
Class 6: Metal pipe couplings and pipe nozzles, and manually operated metal http://atlas.uspto.gov./netacgi/ - h0http://atlas.uspto.gov./netacgi/ - h2valves, for fluids or air flowing through pipe sleeves and couplings.
Class 7: Nozzles for paint spraying machines; spray guns for paint, and accessories therefor, namely, pressure reducers, spray coating nozzles, and nozzle filters.
Class 9: Automatic valves for fluids or air flowing through sleeves and couplers.
If the applicant prosecutes this application as a combined or multiple‑class application covering more than two classes, the applicant must comply with each of the following.
(1) The applicant must list the goods by international class with the classes listed in ascending numerical order. TMEP §1403.01.
(2) As the filing fee submitted with the application covered four classes, no additional fee
is required for International Class 9.
