Applicant's representative just filed an amendment to delete the color claim in this application. This amendment was filed in error. Please disregard the prior amendment, and leave the color claim in the application. In the event this is not possible, Applicant's representative is filing the following color claim, which is the same as that made on August 4, 2004: The mark consists of the stylized represenation of the letters "NM." The color red is a feature of the mark, and the color red appearing in the mark smotthly, gradually changes in hues to show a lighting effect in the mark.
