Amendment To Classification of Goods Applicant requests that the specification of goods be amended from International Class 28 as originally filed to International Class 10 to properly classify the goods identified in the application.
Appeal to Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Applicant respectfully notifies the Examining Attorney that Applicant is concurrently filing an appeal with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
