EXAMINER’S AMENDMENT

 

The application has been AMENDED as indicated below to place the goods in the proper class.  The decision as to the proper classification of goods or services is a purely administrative matter which is within the sole discretion of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  In re Tee‑Pak, Inc., 164 USPQ 88 (TTAB 1969).  No reply is necessary from the applicant.

 

The identification of goods is amended by placing the bold-faced goods in the proper class to read as follows:

 

Class 29

frankfurters made of beef, chicken or pork; prepared packaged mashed potatoes; seasoning and sauce; canned vegetables, namely, sweet peas; canned mixed fruit; canned diced peaches; chicken, namely, flavored ready-to-cook chicken snack wings; jellied cranberry sauce.
