OFFICE RECORDS SEARCH:  The Office records have been searched and no similar registered or pending mark has been found that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d), 15 U.S.C. §1052(d).  TMEP §704.02.

 

ADVISORY – AMENDMENTS TO GOODS/SERVICES:  If the identification of goods and/or services has been amended below, any future amendments must be in accordance with 37 C.F.R. §2.71(a) and TMEP §1402.07(e).

 

AMENDMENT(S) AUTHORIZED:  As authorized by Andrea Walker on June 23, 2005, the application is amended as noted below.  If applicant disagrees with or objects to any of the amendments below, please notify the undersigned trademark examining attorney immediately.  Otherwise, no response is necessary.  TMEP §707.

 

Amendment of Class 9 of Identification of Goods

The wording for Class 9 is amended to the following:

 

  • Electric or electronic sensors for physical, chemical and medical data in the nature of acceleration, air and liquid pressure, speed, temperature, humidity, electric current and voltage; measuring modules, namely, sensors for detecting and measuring physical, chemical and medical data in the nature of acceleration, air and liquid pressure, speed, temperature, humidity, electric current and voltage; data storage devices and displays for physical, chemical and medical data, namely, blank computer disks and other electronic storage devices namely, flash memory, EEPROM, NVRAM; integrated circuits; printed circuit boards; computer programs, both downloadable and stored on CDROM and DVD, for use in configuring, updating and running measuring modules; downloadable electronic publications in the nature of newsletters, featuring the exchange of experience and suggestions for measuring apparatus in the field of scientific, medical, and chemical data measuring; electronic data processing devices, namely, data processors; data storage means, namely, computer software for the storage of data; detectors for physical, chemical and medical parameters, namely, acceleration, air and liquid pressure, speed, temperature, humidity, and electric current and voltage; GPS navigation systems, in Class 9.
