In response to the post registration action of July 11, 2013, enclosed are specimens proving continued and current use of the registered mark in commerce on or in connection with the sale of the following goods: compact disc carrying cases, stationary, and slippers.

The attached proof of use was in use in commerce during the relevant period for filing the 6th-year Section 8 declaration.  Specifically, the owner was using the mark in commerce on or in connection with the goods identified in the registration for which use of the mark in commerce is claimed, as evidenced by the submitted proof of use, during the relevant period for filing the 6th year Section 8 Declaration.
