This application was suspended pending the disposition of Application Serial No. 75790128. The prior pending application has abandoned. This application is being removed for suspension for the following issue:

IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS

The applicant has amended its identification of goods as follows: Pony holders, fun clips and barrettes. This amendment is unacceptable because it is not clear that the goods are hair accessories and because “pony holders” and “fun clips” are not the generic name for the goods. The applicant may amend this identification of goods as follows: Hair accessories namely ponytail holders, decorative hair clips and barrettes.

PLEASE NOTE: Applicant is encouraged to telephone the trademark examining attorney to resolve the issues raised below.

PARTIAL ABANDONMENT ADVISORY

If applicant should fail to respond to this Office action within the six month time limit, then the following goods and/or services will be deleted from the application: “pony holders” and “fun clips”. The application will then proceed forward for the following goods and/or services only: barrettes. 37 C.F.R. §2.65(a).
