name of JDA Software Group, Inc. an Arizona Corporation. The Affidavit should have been filed in
the name of JDA Software Group, Inc., Delaware Corporation. JDA Software Group, Inc., respectfully requests that the Office process this name correction and approve the
Affidavit.
