I am reviewing your "Office Action" on this matter, and hope you can assist in one respect. The mark sought to be registered is Yao Ming's name. He's on myriad endorsements for companies such as Visa, Apple, Reebok, McDonald's. Do you have any suggestions as to a particular type of specimen that might be used?
