RECITATION OF SERVICES

The applicant must clarify the recitation of services by more clearly identifying the nature of the service provided. TMEP §1402.11.

The applicant may adopt the following recitation of services, if accurate: Business management and administration of a cooperative substance abuse testing network, namely managing and administering the ordering of laboratory testing, drug and alcohol testing, physical examinations, site inspections and medical records in Class 35.
