The Applicant in the matter of Serial No. 76/516066 for STOCK EXCHANGE
is willing to amend the ID of goods to: "bouillon; broths; soup;
chicken, fish meat and veal stocks and preparations for making bouillon,
broths, stocks and soups". Can you please advise me if you would be
willing to withdraw the refusal based on the prior pending application
in light of this amendment? If so, could we please amend by Examiner's
Amendment?
Similarly, in the matter of Serial No. 76/516065 for STOCK MARKET, the
Applicant is willing to amend the ID of goods to: "bouillon; broths;
soup; chicken, fish meat and veal stocks and preparations for making
bouillon, broths, stocks and soups". Can you please advise me if you
would be willing to withdraw the 2(d) refusal in light of this
amendment? If so, could we also amend by Examiner's Amendment?
