ADVISORY – AMENDMENTS TO GOODS/SERVICES: If the identification of goods and/or services has been amended below, any future amendments must be in accordance with 37 C.F.R. §2.71(a) and TMEP §1402.07(e).
AMENDMENT(S) AUTHORIZED: The application is amended as noted below. If applicant disagrees with or objects to any of the amendments below, please notify the undersigned trademark examining attorney immediately. Otherwise, no response is necessary. TMEP §707.
The typographical error in the spelling of “Jaquard” is corrected to read “Jacquard.” TMEP 707.02.
In the Office action mailed 1/11/05 a suggested identification of goods was listed for Class 19 and also a requirement for all the Class 19 goods to be reclassified in Class 17. In its 7/7/05 response Applicant adopted the suggested identification but no classification amendment was made.
The application is amended to correct the classification of the goods currently listed in International Class 19. That class is amended to International Class 17. The other classes remain unchanged by this amendment.
The Class 17 identification of goods now read as follows:
electrical ceramic insulators for electrotechnical devices; electrical ceramic insulators for use in high-frequency engineering; electrical insulators for circuit breakers, bushings, current and voltage transformers, surge arresters, disconnectors, overheadlines, substations and railway electrification; electrical post insulators, namely, insulators made of ceramic and composite materials for devices used in electrical engineering equipment and high voltage engineering; ceramic materials for industrial use, namely high voltage ceramics insulators; high voltage porcelain insulators, piezo masses for use as electric insulators 37 C.F.R. §2.85; TMEP §1401.03(b).
