The Sections 8 & 9 Combined Declaration of Use Application for Renewal, filed on December 04, 2014, is considered a duplicate and will not be reviewed. Renewal was previously submitted on October 03, 2013, and was accepted by this Office

 

The duplicate documentation will remain in the record; i.e., it will not be returned to you and will not be processed or reviewed.  See TMEP §1604.04(a).  Fees submitted with the duplicate Combined Affidavit will be refunded in due course and cannot be applied to any subsequent submissions.
