In accordance with the authorization granted by the above applicant or attorney on October 27, 2003, the application has been AMENDED as indicated below.  Please note that if the identification of goods or services has been amended below, any future amendments must be in accordance with 37 C.F.R. 2.71(a); TMEP section 1402.07(e).  No response is necessary unless there is an objection to the amendment.  If there is an objection to the amendment, the applicant should notify the examining attorney immediately.

 

I.  RECITATION OF SERVICES:

 

The recitation of services is amended to read as follows:

 

-  Development, design, implementation, testing, management, analysis and consulting services in the field of security, access, authorization, authentication, encryption, and identification systems for computers, computer hardware and computer networks; providing electronic verification of online transactions and generating electronic permission codes which permit the transaction to proceed, in International Class 42;    and

 

-  Computer security services, namely, managed public key infrastructure (PKI) services, digital certificate issuance, and secured e-commerce payment services; providing user authentication services in e-commerce transactions, in International Class 45.

 

 II.  CLASSIFICATION OF SERVICES:

The application is amended to classify the goods/services in International Classes in International Classes 42 & 45.
