The registrant requests the following amendment(s) to registration no. 2862195 RED CHERRY(Standard Characters) has been amended as follows:

EXPLANATION OF FILING
The reason for this correction is to correct the date of first use. At the time as my wife was transitioning into the CEO role due to her father's illness and eventually his passing a few months after, the lawyer that had advised her during the application process did not explain correctly and the wrong date of first use was applied. The correct date of first use for the Red Cherry mark was Feb. 6, 1998 by R&B Beauty Supply, the invoice# was 128796. The current date of first use with the trademark of Sept 23, 2003 is incorrect and we would like to change it to the correct date of Feb 6, 1998 immediately.
