NOTICE OF SUSPENSION

Action on this application is suspended pending receipt of a true copy, a photocopy, a certification, or a certified copy of a foreign registration from the applicant's country of origin.  If the registration is in a foreign language, an English translation must be submitted. The true copy, photocopy, certification, or certified copy of the registration should be forwarded to the Examining Attorney as soon as possible.  If the foreign application is abandoned, the Examining Attorney should be advised.

 

The explanation regarding the significance of the mark, explanation regarding the date of first use anywhere and the claim of ownership of the prior registration are accepted and entered into the record.  The reference to Section 1(b) has been deleted.

 

Upon review of the applicant’s response, it is noted that the applicant states it is using the goods on, in part, “table computers” whereas the original application stated the applicant is using the mark on “tablet computers.”  It is noted the reference to “table computers” may have simply been a typographical error, however, the applicant must clarify this issue for the record.  The remainder of the amended identification is accepted and entered into the record.
