This letter responds to the applicant’s communication filed on February 3, 2004.

The amended identification of goods is acceptable and made of record. The requirement to provide a translation of the term SANITAIRE is continued. Upon further consideration, the examining attorney has determined the following.

Translation of the Mark

Applicant must submit an English translation of all foreign wording in the mark. 37 C.F.R. §2.61(b); TMEP §809. In the present case, the wording “SANITAIRE” needs translating for the record. The following translation statement is suggested: “The English translation of the word SANITAIRE in the mark is MEDICAL.”

Citizenship of Partner Required

The applicant must specify the citizenship of the general partners. 37 C.F.R. §2.32(a)(3)(iii); TMEP §§803.03(b) and 803.04.
