The required specimen was not submitted. One specimen of the mark as used in commerce must be submitted with the Statement of Use. 37 C.F.R. §2.88(e)(2).
Applicant may submit a response to this letter to correct the above-identified deficiency. However, this response must be received in the office on or before January 13, 2005, the deadline for filing a Statement of Use in order to avoid the abandonment of this application. 37 C.F.R. §2.88(a).
