Technologies Corporation, DBA EMPOWEMX as the owner of the Registration. In the event that the recorded Certificate of Assumed Name is found by the Post Registration Unit to be a satisfactory
response to the Post Registration Office Action, Registrant in addition requests a refund of the additional $400 paid for the second Declaration be credited to Deposit Account 110982. |
