Responsive to applicant’s communication received September 20, 2004.
The Office action mailed March 25, 2004, set forth multiple requirements that were made Final. Applicant’s response failed to address any of these requirements but instead consisted of a specification sheet which set forth the claim, purpose and configuration of its invention. In order to fully answer the Office action mailed on March 25, 2004, applicant is again required to comply with the final requirements set forth therein by submitting a timely response that fully satisfies any outstanding requirements. In the alternative, the applicant may timely filing an appeal of the final action to the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. 37 C.F.R. §2.64(a); TMEP §715.01.
