FORM INFORMATION

In response to the Post Registration Office Action issued for the SCHEMA registration (No. 3012485), the Registrant hereby submits substitute specimens (see attached) showing current use of the registered mark in commerce for the goods specified in the registration for Class 9.  The specimens constitute instruction and download manuals and other marketing and promotional materials showing use of the mark.   Per the previously submitted Section 8 filing, the Registrant declares that the substitute specimens were in use in commerce during the relevant period for filing the 6-year Section 8.
