Pursuant to U.S. Trademark Office – Post Registration Division’s December 7, 2012 Post-Registration Office Action, Registrants hereby provide their Response to said Office Action, inclusive of the following requested information.

Requirement for Identification of Owners

Pursuant to the Examiner’s request, and the telephone conference of December 17, 2012 with Specialist Baker, Registrants provide the following clarification. 

At the time the Section 7 Request was filed, a typographical error was inadvertently made as to the citizenship of Gallen Ka-Leung Tsui, who is a Canadian citizen.  Registrants request that the following amendment be made as to the Owner/Entity Information:

Gallen Ka-Leung Tsui, a citizen of Canada, having an address of

17 Sheard Avenue

Brampton, Ontario, L6Y 1J3

Canada

 

As the above information is responsive to the only outstanding issues, Registrants respectfully submit that the Section 7 Request previously filed is now in condition for allowance and recordal.

Registrants do not believe any fee is due for the filing of this Response.  However, the Commissioner is hereby authorized to charge payment of any required fees associated with any of the papers submitted herewith or to credit any overpayment to Haynes and Boone, LLP’s Deposit Account No. 08-1394.
