The assigned examining attorney has reviewed the referenced application and determined the following.
NO CONFLICTING MARKS
The examining attorney has searched the Office records and has found no similar registered or pending mark which would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d), 15 U.S.C. Section 1052(d). TMEP section 1105.01.
The identification of goods is unacceptable as indefinite. The applicant may adopt the following identification, if accurate:
Men's and women's leather goods, namely handbags, purses, travel bags, briefcases, suitcases, tote bags and change purses in International Class 18.
Men's, women's and children's clothes namely shirts, blouses, skirts, coats, trousers, jeans, dresses, pullovers, pajamas, socks and stockings, jumpers, jackets, suits, sweaters, belts, underpants, underclothes, hats, scarves, ties, raincoats, overcoats, swimwear, boots, gloves, bath-robes and slippers in International Class 25.
Personal services comprising of Fashion consultations; general personal image foundation building; personal shopping services for others;
consultations for establishing and re-establishing personal image; and consultations regarding selection and purchasing of clothing and accessories in International Class 45.
The following authorities govern the processing of trademark and service mark applications: The Trademark Act, 15 U.S.C. §§1051 et seq., the Trademark Rules of Practice, 37 C.F.R. Part 2, and the Trademark Manual of Examining Procedure (TMEP).
