EXAMINER’S AMENDMENT

 

In accordance with the authorization granted by Kathryn Starshak on September 23, 2003, the application has been AMENDED as indicated below.  Please note that if the identification of goods or services has been amended below, any future amendments must be in accordance with 37 C.F.R. 2.71(a); TMEP section 1402.07(e).  No response is necessary unless there is an objection to the amendment.  If there is an objection to the amendment, the applicant should notify the examining attorney immediately.

 

Identification of Goods

The identification of goods is amended to read as follows: 

 

Leak detection and airlock prevention and monitoring system, comprised of pressure testing equipment, body assemblies, venturi connectors and hoses, fill hoses with filters, adapters, radiator cap couplers, gauge and ball valve controls and for use in maintenance of automotive radiator and air conditioning systems; leak detection systems comprised of dye injection guns and connectors, adapters and dye cartridges for use in detecting leaks in air conditioning and refrigeration systems, in Class 9;

 

Ultraviolet lights for use in leak detection in connection with automotive maintenance and for use in leak detection in connection with air conditioning and refrigeration units; ultraviolet lights not for medical use, in Class 11.

With this Examiner’s Amendment all refusals and/or requirements are met and/or withdrawn.  Following this Examiner’s Amendment, the application will be approved for publication.
