Action on this application is suspended pending receipt of a true copy, a photocopy, a certification, or a certified copy of the foreign registration. If the registration is in a foreign language, an English translation must be submitted. The registration should be forwarded to the Examining Attorney as soon as possible. If the foreign application is abandoned, the Examining Attorney should be advised.
Regarding the dual filing bases, when the Section 44(e) basis is perfected, the Section 1(b) basis will be deleted as requested by the applicant.
When the application is removed from suspension, the applicant will be given an opportunity to respond to any issues remaining regarding the indefinite identification and classification of goods and the additional classes of goods and services.
