The identification of goods is amended to read as follows: “SENSOR CALIBRATION UNITS; THERMAL VALIDATION UNITS; ELECTRIC, ELECTRONICAL AND THERMIC TESTING MACHINES, COMPUTER MONITORS, BLANK MAGNETIC DATA CARRIERS AND RECORDING DISCS; APPARATUS FOR THE RECORDING, TRANSMISSION OR REPRODUCTION OF SOUND OR IMAGES, NAMELY, DATALOGGER, DATA-ACQUISITION UNITS AND OPERATING COMPUTER SOFTWARE; AND THERMAL VALIDATION REPORTING SOFTWARE.” TMEP §1402.01(e).
