An application under Trademark Act Section 44(e), 15 U.S.C. §1126(e), must include a copy of a foreign registration from the applicant’s country of origin. . See TMEP §§1002.01 and 1004.
The application does not contain a copy of the foreign registration. Therefore, the applicant must submit a true copy, a photocopy, a certification, or a certified copy of the foreign registration. See TMEP §§1004.01 and 1004.01(b). The translation of the German certification of foreign registration is ACCEPTABLE.
