Following up on the undersigned's telephone call with the examining attorney on June 18, 2003, Applicant wishes to amend its recitation of services to read in its entirety as follows:
Operating telephone hotlines that provide information and counseling in the field of employment to employees; data collection services for employers, namely, conducting surveys of employees and retirees via telephone, and placing telephone calls to employees and retirees to collect information pertaining to employment (Class 35); and
Operating telephone hotlines that provide information and counseling in the field of employee benefits and retiree benefits to employees and retirees; placing telephone calls to employees and retirees to collect information pertaining to benefit plans (Class 36).
Please charge the filing fee of $335 for the additional class to Deposit Account No. 04-0475.
Applicant notes that the dates of first use and first use in commerce for the services now classified in Classes 35 and 36 are the same as the dates originally specified in the application, i.e., at least as early as August 1997. Additionally, Applicant notes that the specimen previously submitted with the application shows use in both Class 35 and Class 36.
In light of the foregoing, Applicant respectfully requests that the examining attorney approve this application for publication.
