It is my understanding from looking at the PTO website that the above
referenced application was approved for publication on 12/23/03. I am
worried that I inadvertently deleted an e-mail from you regarding after
I had Fulbright and Jaworski send a response to the Office Action.
Could you please resend any e-mail that was sent to me after 10/01/03.
