The request for reinstatement of the above identified trademark application submitted on November 2, 2005 is incomplete because it does not comply with the minimum requirements for filing. Trademark Rule 2.66, 37 C.F.R. §2.66; TMEP §1714. You are hereby provided THIRTY DAYS from the mailing date of this notice to complete your request by submitting the requirement identified below. If the required item is not received on or before the expiration of the thirty-day period, the request will be denied, without consideration on the merits and the application will remain abandoned. 37 C.F.R. §2.66.
A fee in the amount of $150 to cover one class ($150 per class) for the 4th extension request that was due on August 19, 2005, must be submitted. Trademark Rule 2.66 requires the fee for the number of extension request that should have been filed if the application had not been abandoned.
