The proposed response filed on March 5, 2003 is unsigned. Further, it appears that the person who signed the proposed response is not an officer of the applicant and thus is not authorized to file a response on its behalf. Thus, the current proposed response is not acceptable.

Applicant has the remainder of the six month response period, calculated as of February 11, 2003, to file a signed response by an officer of applicant. If applicant intends to amend the name of the applicant’s name in the preamble to list it as Wicked Vision Ltd, (to match the name in the foreign registration), it should specifically do so.
