I refer to your correspondence dated 25 March and sent through to our US contact Stan Levy who has referred it onto us.
As you are aware, we have now received two letters from yourself stating that the US registration of our trademark does not apply as we registered the US trademark with the name Wicked Vision and the
UK registration states Wicked Vision Limited - even though we are the same company!
Your response has twice stated that the response was unsigned yet you state that the person who signed was not the officer of the applicant. David Strang signed the form who is the managing
director of Wicked Vision and who has filed the UK trademark and has also filed the US trademark to which I refer now.
I cannot understand what more we need to do to allow this trademark to proceed.
As I understand where we stand at this stage - please correct me if I am wrong. We (Wicked Vision Limited) have filed and passed a trademark in the UK. We have filed to have this trademark
accepted in the US and have been held up because the applicants name states Wicked Vision instead of Wicked Vision Limited. In two responses from us we have been not been accepted because it
has not been signed by the applicant, which is us!!??
Can you please advise by email or by phone in the UK (+448708713999) what you would like us to do as we have the 6 month deadline rapidly approaching.
