Hi Steven

I have received your correspondence dated Feb 11 with regards to the registration refusal due to ownership dispute.

My understanding of the situation is that the application has been refused due to ownership name confusion.

We own the Mark: Many Happy Returns on boomerangs in the UK under the name Wicked Vision Limited.

Our application in the US is for the same company Wicked Vision Limited - it appears that we have left off the "Limited" from our company name. We are the same entity!

What would you like me to do to rectify this situation? I have attached our relevant documents with regards to this application.
