Applicant’s mark comprises a highly descriptive and/or generic trade term within the relevant hair treatment industry and trade,as evidenced by the previous record Exhibits A-1 through A-10. Applicant’s goods are expressly utilized in the thermal reconditioning procedure on the prospective customer or product user’s hair.

 

Upon receipt of an appropriate amendment,this case will be reviewed on the Supplemental Register.
