Dear Esther Borsuk,

Thank you for your request for an adjustment to our "Identification of Goods" statement. In your request, you asked us to clarify the word "apparatus" or not use it at all.

I would like to change my Goods & Services statement from:

"IC 009.US 021 023 026 036 038. G&S: Remote Controls for web handling process lines Tension Control Apparatus, Tension Readout and Control Apparatus, accessory for web handling machines."

TO:

"IC 009.US 021 023 026 036 038. G&S: Remote Control unit for web handling process lines to manage Tension Control, Tension Readout and Control of manufacturing material on web handling machines."

If you could please provide to me your opinion of this change, I would like to move forward with our request. If you believe this is an appropriate identification statement, what is my next step?
