REMARKS
Pursuant to the Examiner’s request, the
Identification of the Goods has been amended as proposed ,
namely, the Class 7, 31 and 41 designations have been
adopted as proposed by the Examiner with the exception that
the reference to vinyl film and dielectric insulating
materials in Class 7 has been eliminated, thereby, resolving
the objection thereto.
In view of the foregoing, it is now believed that
the application is in condition for publication and such
action at an early date is earnestly solicited.
