EXPLANATION OF FILING
Registrant seeks to amend the subject registration to correct a minor clerical error in its entity name. The registration currently lists registrant as “Smoky Mountain Knife Works”. Registrant respectfully requests that its entity name be corrected to include “Smoky Mountain Knife Works, Inc.” (i.e., to include “Inc.”). Registrant submits that the omission of “Inc.” was inadvertent and that this amendment to correct this minor clerical error is permitted pursuant to TMEP Section 1201.02(c).
