Dear Ms. Saunders: With reference to the above two serial numbers, applications for trademarks, today I received a letter from White & Williams LLP, attorneys in Philadelphia, enclosing a Final Office action regarding Serial # 76/436793 that was misdirected to Estalla S. Gold at their office, 1800 One Liberty Place, Phil. PA. They asked that I write to you to correct this mailing error. Con incidentally, I had already sent a response to comply with Serial No. 76/436793 since the issue regarding ownership of certain prior Registrations is the same in both applications, serial numbers 76/436793 & 76/418629.
