EXPLANATION OF FILING

The Registrant respectfully requests that the disclaimer statement that is of record for the subject registration be removed from the record.  The disclaimer statement currently reads:  "NO CLAIM IS MADE TO THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE "YANMAR" APART FROM THE MARK AS SHOWN."  A review of the TSDR file for this case shows that the Examining Attorney never required a disclaimer statement, and the Registrant never submitted a disclaimer statement.  The Registrant respectfully requests a corrected certificate of registration.

The Registrant thanks the Post-Registration staff for its efforts in this matter.
