In correspondence dated June 11, 2003, Examiner Verhosek advised that action on this application was suspended pending receipt of a certified copy of the Canadian Registration from which priority was
claimed. The corresponding Canadian application has been allowed however the issue fee has not yet been paid. As a result, the Canadian application has not yet issued and the Applicant is therefore
unable to comply with the Examiners request at this time. Upon registration of the corresponding Canadian application, the Applicant will provide a certified copy of the Examiner.
It is believed that this response addresses all concerns raised by the Examiner in the correspondence dated June 11, 2003.
